I have very small and rolling veins and the Anesthesiologist was very successful with getting my IV done quickly without any pain or bruising of my arm. I can't say enough great things about the Dr. Chaudhry and staff at Northeast Atlanta ENT. Dr. Chaudhry is very personable and makes you feel comfortable when discussing any issues with him. I highly recommended him as an ENT doctor. He has a better way of correcting your sinus problems vs the old way of having sinus surgery. I was even given the blanket to keep that was used to cover me during my procedure. -

Dr. Chaudry is highly recommended! After surgery, I experienced two post-op bleedings in the first week, due entirely to my activities. Dr. Chaudry was attentive and made himself available for me even on a Sunday. This review is written at my 6 month follow up and I am very happy with the results.

Biggest con of all, the receptionist told me the cash price for everything I was having done that day was $350, so with insurance, I would certainly expect to pay that amount or less. They billed my insurance for about $800, so after the "in-network discount" they said I owed $460. I called and the woman said the "receptionist was wrong, sorry." I won't support businesses that take advantage of people with insurance and indirectly everyone else.
Update: The billing manager called me to discuss my experience. She was committed to honoring the price that their receptionist told me at the time I was seen. I upgraded from 3 - 4 stars for this. Obviously it would have been easier from the start and I do still wish there was more transparency and equity in how insured and uninsured people are billed, and I do expect practices to be the ones to set the standard for making healthcare more visible and affordable for all. -

He went over the diagnosis clearly and had long-term treatment options so that the problems do not reoccur. I had an in-office sinus procedure (FESS) and it made a world of difference in my quality of life. Their office has the latest equipment and I love the fact that it allows patients to compare past and current sinus images to make sure the sinus cavities are open. It's been two years with no sinus issues. I follow up every six months to compare the progress.

The results far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Carmichael and his entire staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and courteous.
